Agar koi LUCKNOW se ho aur GRADE B mains ki prep karna chahta ho to mere pe last yr. ka material pada hai "PRINTED FORMAT" mein.......Soft copy hai par it runs into GB's aur mere 2g connection pe meri PIC hi upload nahi hoti to vo kya upload hoga..... mujhse sampark karein aur xerox kara lein agar interested ho to....... !!

what u guys think would be the cut off last year 2012 cut off was 105 for gen.
what u think what it would be this year?

Can anyone suggest me a good book which covers most of the management topics in Paper3 of Phase2 of RBI ?

I think the problem comparing with 2011 cut off is that during 2011 there was weight given to each section differently. 80 GA questions had higher weight than other three sections. So, extrapolation of cut off this year shall be done only after nullifying the weight system plus adding the year on gain in overall score as seen in other exams too like SBI PO etc.

My Dear BROs. Does RBI too uses TWSS as like IBPS to normalise scores? Can anyone shed some light on how does it affect score of people who solve very accurately ? n how about people who are very inaccurate? I mean, I am unable to understand the working of normalisation n the extend to which it can affect your score up and down both ways. Let me tell you y I am asking this, I had attempted lesser questions in GA section of SBI PO but score was higher that the number of questions I attempted. If I am not wrong I suppose TWSS / normalisation has something to play in this? Please if someone can clearly explain the process mathematically with an example?
