As part of Austerity measure by finance minister you might not see RBI opening next year.Guys give your best shot this time.
RBI has declared interview schedule for Assistants.. I think now they are preparing for Grade B Schedule

Hey guys, please suggest asap :How much time will i get to prepare for RBI mains if i join sbi for training by month end ? Will i be able to do it .. I don't want to compromise on my preparation . How much time does one get during training and travel and work .. Those of you who are done with one week training , how is it at the 2 weeks one ? please

Is anyone referring to IGNOU study material for economics ? If yes, which one are you going with - B.A. (Eco) or M.A. (Eco).
IMHO, M.A. (Eco) seems less "ratta"-oriented; provided one has a working knowledge of basic economic theories.

Bit of advice needed from all you esteemed learned puys.
I have been shortlisted for Round 2 of RBI. Supposedly the exam is in last week of Nov i have 2.5 months with me for preparation. But my major dilemma is that I am currently working in a PSU (since 2 years) and i need to take leave for the entire period if i have to be in competition. I am also contemplating resigning from the job as i want to prepare for State service exam.
what advice do you have for me?
1) Will 2.5 months suffice for preparation?
2) What reason should i give in office for leave. I have no leaves to my credit so i will be on loss of pay.
3) I badly want to appear for phase 2 and i want to appear for it? But one of my colleague is suggesting to drop this year exam and prepare slowly slowly for next year. Is my colleague giving right advice.
