how many months current affairs do we have to cover for phase-2 i.e previous 6 months or more?
Guys a sincere request...rbi jese institutions ko SSC mat banao..these things will come back and haunt ourselves only...har exam me bohot log expect krte h ki unka hoga..but ni hota..sometimes they miss the bus by just 0.5 marks..has happened with me too..but this doesn't mean that process is unfair..upsc doesn't even give the key or prelims marks before 1 year. So I request all of you to move forward...it's not worth wasting time on these..more exams lined up

To those seeking information from RBI
1. RTI k alawa bhi direct letter likh sakte ho.. To Exam controller (or equivalent)... Give it a reference number. Send it through speed /registered post. Generally they reply, if they don't or give unsatisfactory reply.. You may ask internal communication details through RTI citing your own reference number or their's (if they had replied) .
2. Pl avoid habit of writing personal issues, preparation level, surity of cracking. Ask concrete information by writing to the point question. No one in govt respects any ambiguity in language or emotional persuation. Otherwise, such requests are readily countered by sec 8(1) of RTI.
I am not selected despite of good attempts and accuracy. Similar to this, I wrote CAT exam in 2016 and missed top IIMs, and needed a reason to prove that I was right and the external situations (misconducts by TATA conducting exam, normalization etc.) did wrong to me. We all should be aware that these competitive exams are relative. I could have performed better than my previous attempt, but definitely the selected 2500 outperformed me. RBI Grade B exam is much more renowned now and serious and hardworking candidates are increasing. All the best to geared up people who will be giving their best in SEBI this year and RBI Grade B next year along with me.

I fully support ur attempts in making rbi and ibps more transparent and accountable. They should reveal answer keys and every single response sheet as well,like ssc is doing currently.who knows,how many rats are hiding behind ibps ? Absolute transparency in public affairs is a must. But wrt to this phase 1 of rbi,probably u are judging the difficulty of two shifts by GA alone. I think the overall difficulty got balanced out in case of other groups.just my guess,I am not saying that rbi or ibps can't make a mistake . Hence continue ur rti and email pressure on rbi ,because transparency is always better than opacity in public affairs.also from my experience in working for a govt org,I can say that u should also send some hard copy letters typed without spelling mistakes and signed with ur running signature (also put down the date and place along with ur sign). Emails are often overlooked ,at least in my org,we didn't even check most emails coming from non-official IDs.i don't know whether rbi does the same,but hard copy or physical letters always carry greater legal weightage than emails in most cases,from what I HV seen.

Guys I know a lot of you feel we are trying to stall the process No. We are just asking them to 're check the result, that's it. If there is some fault let them correct it and move on that's it. Normalisation or not, Kerala non kerala, it is not the main concern. Key concern is if its a faulty process, set it right, whatever the steps be. Remember one thing out of these 2700 approx candidates only 127 will be in final list. Rest have to start from ground 0 next year. Today ypu might feel why to disturb the process, until the day comes when the process itself disturbs you. Trust me I understand the pain of those who are not working , as well as those who are working and targeting a single exam. And each one of us wants a fair process that's it. My love and respect for RBI is and will remain intact and so will never even try to do anything wrong against this organisation whether I m selected or not.
