OBC candidates please help. I have a caste certificate where my caste has been recognized as OBC under GOI resolution dated May 20th, 1995. However in the format prescribed by RBI, resolution is dated on 13th september, 1993. Would I be considered for reservation?
I find people claiming cut off to be 205 but in expected ESI and FM polls the max percentage marks hover around 60 and 70 to 75 respectively. Then those people had to score 80 in english to atleast get 210. Then how come you people are claiming cutoff to be 205?

For capital basel 3 qn, first of all the prescribed capital is Common equity tier 1-4.5 Addnl equity tier 1- 1.5 Tier 2- 2 Ccb - 2.5 If ccb is included in tier 1 why to mention it as separate requirment. Answer will be t1+ t2+ccb
