Reading the above two passages,it seems boundaryless is more appropriate .organic orgs have fewer lines compared to mechanistic orgs,but not wholly devoid of any lines.in contrast ,boundaryless org is a futuristic idea that aims to remove all lines and ensure infinite flexibility.note that organic orgs also try for the same,but not with the complete dissolution of all lines.

What were the options in PPP question(what P stands for was asked)?
If Sumit Kumar and ors vs. RBI is the concerned case, the next hearing in this case is 31st Jan 2019. So, this case does not seem to be the reason for delay. Until and unless there is another case in some other high court.
What was the question which had 'Matrix Departmentalisation' as one of the options?
What was the answer of the question on sanctions , tariffs, quotas, embargo .
Was there an option like all of the above or was it none of the above.
For domestic safeguarding which was is used something like this was question. 1 mark it was.
On google I saw that sanctions are that broad overview of these and then specific quotas are there or tariffs imposed and an official ban is called embargo. Sanction in general means threatinf legal action. Now going by logic all of these seems the best answer.

022-23015233. Results are ready but kuch issues ki vajeh se delay hai. Court case one of them. Next week bol raha. Call them. Upar no pe kal karna.
Kha gye vo log jo case kiye hain?? Khud ki aukat to hui nhi pre nikalne ki aur tum logo ki chutzpah ki vjah se hum logo ki lag rhi hai.
I think there should be a tribunal for these type of exam issues for faster and speedy disposal of cases. Now, selected candidates will suffer and those who are in the hope of re-examination will also be wasting their time if nothing happens.

Not just court case, one possible reason for delay. This yr, apart from Gen. stream, there are 3 other streams in CSG 2018, viz. depr, dism, and specialists, totalling 97 vacancies. Earlier, RBISB used to call depr n dism (were much lesser in number) to mumbai. Seemingly, RBISB plans to take interviews of all 4 streams together at their regional offices. SO exam is on 29th Sept and their result would be prepared by 5th October.

Guys the result has been delayed due to Common Recruitment of DEPR, DSIM and GENERAL. wait for 10 days it will come.

Dear All,
I have been receiving lots of queries regarding some pending court case delaying the publication of RBI Phase II results.
I don't know how this speculation started.
Let me give you this channel's perspective-the delay is due to procedural reasons, as multiple agencies are involved in exam process, which is not entirely under control of either RBI or RBISB.
As soon as procedure is complete, results will be announced.
Court proceedings will have no effect unless the court expressly grants stay on publication of results.(I don't know what order has been passed by the court in the matter)
Deliberate delaying of results as a matter of caution seems out of question.
Results to be published in due course- however it is difficult, as of now, to indicate any date.
