Friends .. I have a big problem... I work in govt. sector and filled the same in RBI form. Now, i don't want to take NOC and all from my employer and just resign if i get selected without informing my current employer. Will they stop me at interview phase if i am unable to show NOC? Kindly reply fast. Thanks in advance.
