Yesterday it was some technical issue...okay and today what's the excuse ? I don't understand why they are not understanding that many candidates are in rural areas, they won't be able book tickets on such a short notice .I am wondering how difficult it is going to be for them to appear in phase 2.

I think they may rescedule the Phase-2 and that's why they are delaying the results.

Can anyone suggest?
1. Is there a free source of ESI and FM current affairs compilations tailor made for Grade B?
2. If not, which other material should be referred to? Relevant sections from bankersadd will suffice or do we have to refer to the vision IAS compilations?
3. If it is vision IAS, which of their materials should be referred to? Economics and Social Issues section of their monthly compilations or PT365 module for Economics and Social Issues?
Please suggest if there is any other one-stop shop.

Guys, let’s start a protest for postponement of phase II exam. Our demands are totally justified as there should be at least 2 weeks between results of phase I and phase II exam.
Besides, some candidates have opted different centres for phase I and phase II exam. Due to all this chaos, many candidates won’t be able to attend phase II exam due to change in planning and delay in phase I results at eleventh hour. And for working guys, it has become even more difficult managing the leaves and exam-centre issue.
It doesn’t matter one qualify or not, we will together bombard the RBISB to postpone the phase II exam and give the option to change the exam centre and giving additional 2 weeks preparation time.
Their monopoly in conducting exams without considering aspirants time and future is something that we need to teach them. Together.
We will bring our issues and representation in front of board and let them realise their attitude and rectify the same.
Also, if you guys aren’t aware, all this has pointed fingers at RBISB over the transparency in conducting exams in recent years.
Anyway....
Anyone willing to join me for addressing the cause of thousands of aspirants?

Some people have mentioned in the comment section that RBI has already written that candidates should be ready for phase II exam on short notice. But how short? 5 days? 10 days? They don’t understand that some of us are working and we need to apply for leave well in advance and book the tickets accordingly as phase UI exam centre is not in every city.
Not only that, we need to be sure whether we are eligible for the exam we are preparing hard as everyone has a tad bit doubt whether they will clear phase I or not.
Again not only this, we have other exams in line too whose syllabus is entirely different from phase II exam. What should we do? Study what?
This is a total mental harassment of candidates.
If you don’t protest, remember one thing. The government agencies will try you rip you off at every step of life and in no time you will be appearing for phase I ,2019.
Here I see the case of loose accountability . To RBI all students are like consumers who are paying to get judged...so the selection process has to be more transparent (releasing of answer sheets) , accountability should be there (an apology letter should have been released when dates were deferred) and process needs to be more candidate-centric (timely updation of results and no fake info over fone)...but India ka haal ye hai ki nobody demands rights and hence nobody get it....sic.
