I think cutoff will fall by 10 marks as more seats so in general 200 more intake so cutoff shud fall by 2-4 marks just on this account and due to less candidates as uppsc on same date another 2 marrks and maths was really tough so 10 more marrks and people consumed more time so 10 mins more gone so difficult matths wud have taken 15 off as people got less time on English and reasoning so cutoff to be surely less than 115-110 range
