sectional cut-off is flat absolute 40% for each section...........this is something new this year ..........
usually cut offs for each section is determined by the percentile system (used in CAT) every year .............................but this year IBPS has changed it all (including GA question quality)..............this is evident in QA section where cut offs are higher
this has led to the people with good accuracy in QA getting through........anyway JO JITA WAHI SIKANDER...........all the best to those who got through........

First timer, totally unfamiliar to GA, 3 weeks
prep, studied till 3 AM so mind was saturated and attempts went down
significantly, also I reached exam center 5 minutes before they closed
gates. I was told later that the next person was not allowed to enter premises.
I have higher hopes for phase-2 as I am not unfamiliar to the relevant topics anymore.
pagalforum, mrunal.org and gktoday.in helped a lot in tracing syllabus and planning preparation for GA.
