I am interested in giving the exam. However, I am relatively a newbie, and from Engineering background. Prior experiences related to banking exams are IBPS PO III (Got 53.40 overall and allotted to Andhra Bank) and RRB II in which I got 145 and got two out of two RRBs I've attended. My question is, with the descriptive paper in play, can I start preparing now and give the exam this year and hope for a positive outcome or is it wise to prepare first and give it next year?

Guys Notification is Out, get ready to battle........
Puys in eligibility criteria they only mean that aggregate percent should be 60%? Doesn't it imply that in individual semesters it should be 60%?
In the notification details for RBI Grade-B Officer post, it was mentioned that experience during probationary period is not counted.I worked as a probationary officer in State Bank of Hyderabad for 17 months, and then I resigned.I have one doubt.
In the form fill-up page, there are two fields requiring experience details.
1)Regarding experience in public sector bank.(Photo 1 attached here)
2)Regarding past employer details.(Photo 2 attached here).My question is, with my experience as probationary officer for 17 months, do I leave both these fields blank?Or can I fill at least one among them, mentioning my 17 months experience?

i got cgpa of 2.85 on a scale of 4...how will this be normalised to a scale of 10? (in my degree certificate its written "first class" and i have got total marks in all semesters of 1945 out of 3200 which is 60.78%)
