PRESENT TRENDS IN INDIAN ECO, INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS AND LABOUR LAWS,POPULATION,DEVELOPMENT,GLOBALIZATION,ACCOUNTING,SOCIAL SECURITY AND CURRENT EVENTS. so even if we leave history and polity more then 80-85% of the syllabus is already covered.

Does relying only on standard books like Ramesh singh etc will help get through Phase-2 or do we need to refer any other study resources

Were there any financial statement analysis questions in finance paper this year ?
Do i need to practice it if i decide to opt for finance next year ?
After so much of brainstorming and analysis, my verdict for cut off is:
UR: 160-165
OBC: 150-155
SC/ST: 140-145
I see no reason for cut-off getting higher than this because of
1. Humbling negative marks
2. ESI paper being not as easy as it was earlier perceived.
3. A couple of ambiguous 5 markers in F&M
P.S: I am assuming 50 marks as average in English.

guys last year ka mne suna h many got less than 10 in interview. so, considering this and last year cutoff was 208. one need to score 200 in phase 2. it was last year analysis. so, can u predict what is safer marks in phase 2 considering that max 20 can b obtained in interview
