GUys have a doubt.. I had done a 3 month certificate course in share analysis and investment management.. Now how can I bring this info into my bio data (which part of form to include this)

1) How important is it to furnish the CGPA to % conversion certificate provided by the university (BITS pilani)
2) If i choose not to furnish any conversion certificate what value (in %) should i fill in the S.No. 8 of bio-data form

1. We have to take 5 print outs of Attestation forms and fill them, whereas we have fill one bio data form and take 6 copies of filled bio data form. 2. Do we have to get OBC certificate in the format they have prescribed or a recent one (August month) is fine.??? Just correct me if am wrong....
At the bottom of biodata form, there is a blank for "Registration/Receipt No...". It is for office use, right? Or we need to fill the registration no. which was generated on filling online application?

One ques...In attestation & bio-data form...we need to put signature on photo only or put crossed sign.
