I got 16 th rank in 10th board exam( state board) and I have separate certificate for it. Should I mention it in the rank column?

Have you guys written anything in the column 17 of Bio data form, which asks for "additional detail the candidate may like to furnish".
One last time I m asking this. Kindly reply the documents we have to submit
a) 10th 12th grad pg marksheets and certificates - self attested
b) 5 original copy of attestation form with no written in every stupid column given
c) 6 biodata form in original or photocopy in which 18th point will be about our educational certificates with no written in every blank column not necessary
What needs to filled in the section 9 of the bio data form (high value academic or professional exp) ? Can we leave it blank ?

what is maximum age limit for grade b officer for obc if have banking sector of 4 years work experience? will it be just 33 or more? please clarify it.(For candidates having experience as an officer in Commercial Bank/Financial Institution in Public Sector as also prior experience in Reserve Bank of India, upper age limit is relaxed to the extent of number of years of such experience subject to a maximum of three years. For such candidates, upper age limit should not exceed 33 years including experience. For experience, probationary period will not be reckoned. Refer item 8 below for relaxation in upper age limit for specified categories.)

Although RBI specifically hasnt asked us to self-attest the documents that are required to be sent, shouldnt we follow the general practice of self-attesting the docs whenever we r giving them to 2nd party?
