Essay on
" Is India need bold Capital Investment ?"
Answer 👍
India is seen as bright spot in the midst of global slowdown. Many of economists would agree to these words. World recognised the importance of India and its mighty human potential. But to keep this sustaining India need to work on multiple fronts like bold reforms coupled with bold investment along with protecting interests of Indians and offer helping hand to those who needs. We will try to realize the need for bold investments.
India needs bold investment because it is the need of the hour for India, India know the opportunity cost of not taking bold investment. The demographic dividend can be tapped fully to the best only with bold investment otherwise it will turn from an asset to a liability which in turn make growth sluggish and may even hamper it. The macro indices of India are supportive now with CAD, Fiscal deficit etc remaining are under reasonable control ,even though CPI is inching towards high .China in recent times have slowed now it is trying to shift from a manufacturing driven to Service sector driven .Also it has making substantial efforts to change from export led growth to consumption led which creates a space for India to capture with and steady, bold and calculated investments. The global expectations are high in recent times which can be leveraged to maximize growth. In the recent times the pace of reforms are steadily increasing which can boost efforts.
The demographic factors will hamper the growth if it is not supported with sufficient investments .The large talent pool who aspires to become entrepreneur need bold investments. Additionally the world is now knowledge driven economy so in order to capitalize the situations we need bold investments.
In a nutshell India needs bold investments which are more calculated otherwise it will cause adverse ramifications like excess capacity which is already a big trouble for India Private sector. Synergy of timely reforms, bold investments, political support will move India to a double digit growth economy.
Guys Iam very new i have written a precis for question given in RBI Handout ..Please review it and provide your valuable suggestions ..Thanks in advance ..
Write a précis of the following passage in about 120 words, and give it a title.
Christian Reed, a project manager, has worked at the Tata Steel plant—Britain’s biggest—for 11 years. His father worked in the local steel industry for 40 years, and his grandfather was a foundry worker. “It’s very difficult to contemplate losing the plant,” he says. “It would be like losing a member of the family.” The fate of his job and those of about 4,300 other Port Talbot steelworkers, as well as Britain’s loss-making steel industry in general, have become the most poignant part of the political row that has erupted in Britain since Tata Steel, Britain’s biggest producer, said in late March that it planned to sell or close its operations in the country. Opposition politicians have demanded that the government engineer a rescue, either by erecting high tariff walls against cheap steel imports, as America has done, or by going for some sort of nationalisation, as Italy has attempted with the ill-starred Ilva plant in the heel of the country. On April 5th a potential rescuer, Sanjeev Gupta of Liberty House, a commoditytrading company, said he was interested in buying the Port Talbot business, though he wants plenty of government sweeteners before doing so. He has called Britain’s steel industry “probably the worst in the world.” There are few parts of the rich world where steel remains a good business, however. Port Talbot’s woes are indicative of a global problem—especially in places where makers of unspecialised steel face competition from cheaper producers. In the eyes of many, including the Welsh steelworkers, the main bogeyman is China, where steel output has ballooned. The country has produced more steel in two years than Britain since 1900, according to the International Steel Statistics Bureau, and is indeed awash with excess capacity. But this is part of a phenomenon that extends across the developing world. The OECD, a club mostly of rich countries, reckons that in the four years to 2017 steelmaking capacity will have grown by 50% in the Middle East, 20% in Africa and 10% in Latin America. Meanwhile, the China-led slowdown in developing economies and low oil prices, which have hit the use of steel in rigs and pipelines, mean that demand is severely lagging supply. Even in India, which is supposed to be the bright spot of the global steel market, demand growth is unlikely to recover to levels in the years before 2010 when it embarked on a debt-fuelled infrastructure construction binge.
Answer : Even today the few parts of the rich world where steel remains a good business the ballooned production of unspecialized steel in recent times has caused excess capacity resulting in adverse consequences like Tata Steel declared to close its operations. It led to 4,300 other Port Talbot steelworkers unemployed. It triggered wide political outrage opposition leaders supporting for nationalization or extending tariffs to imports .Sanjeev Gupta of Liberty House has agreed to buy it with several sweeteners. Since last four years production has increased across developing countries with highest in middle east followed by Africa,Latin America. With China slow down and Indian Construction debt fuelled the demand for steel is lagging supply. נz
For numericals bond value, irr, ytm, current yield, financial ratios, rwa and crar. Whatelse we should focus on??
Guys, what is the crr and slr for cooperative banks?
Guys plz help with numercial portion :/ :/ :/
what is the difference between IRR and YTM?
are they same?
bhai log koi engineer h yha jo numerical samajh rha ho :/ :/ :/ :/
I dob't know this exactly, this is kind of an assumption or maybe to motivate myself, but the question won't be factual based, atleast all of them. As far as the questions provided by them, suggeests that while some questions in both paper 1 nd more so in paper 3 , will surely be facts and exact core guidlins or objetive related, others will be more on the analytical side.
This is just a guess though , and would really like to see insight from someone who has given this exam earlier ( phase2).
How do i attach a pdf ?
Bhai koi link jisper solved numericals mil jayen?? Solved Qn dekh kar shayad kuchh samajh aye..
