I have heard RBI is very particular about NOC. I know its a little early to ask but does anybody have any experience about NOC related thing bcoz I dont think I would be able to secure it anytime now? When can the interviews be expected to start?

i am selected as pnb po with service agreement of 3 years and bond amount of 2 lakh, may it be transfered from pnb to rbi. In other words, can't I go for RBI( if selected )without completing stipulated period of 3 years? What should I do????????????
Do we need to fill all 7 copies of bio data form by ourselves or fill one and take photocopies of the same????
How important is this attestation thing? It is very difficult to find a gazetted officer who knows me and is willing to vouch for my details. And that too within 2-3 days.
Category wise called for interview, First 2 digit is category code last 2/3 digits are no of candidates called for interview. e.g. 01 is for SC, 05 is for ST and 13 is for General. 4 & 5 digit of roll no is category code 1 to 3 digit of roll no is centre code. Information is extracted on the basis of this from list of roll no. Please discuss.

We have to fill all 7 copies of biodata or filling 1 and taking xerox of that and signing all of them separately with 1 photograph on each will suffice ?
I know its early days.. but what are the chances that one is posted in home state?

In Bio-data form, they are asking for class garde and rank in educational qualifications. What does it mean?
If it simply means first class and so then where do we get the certificate quoting the numerical equivalent as CBSE does not provide any, as fas as i know.

Is Identity certificate to be considered a part of Attestation form hence five copy or is it seperate hence 1 copy?
Also in identity certificate how long the gazetted officer has known me ?
do we need to paste the same photograph in attestation/ biodata which we had uploaded or other latest one is ok???
Please someone clarify about NOC for experienced candidates. Is it required to be sent? or Is it required at time of interview?
For those having doubts about NOC-
The following is from last year interview call letter:
"Regarding para 2(ii)b of the interview call letter pertaining to NOC, it is clarified that if you have fulfilled the requirements as mentioned in Para 10(xiii) of the Advertisement no 3A/2015-16 for this post, NOC is not mandatory at the time of Interview. However, if you have joined Government Sector/PSU, etc., subsequent to submission of online application, you will have to submit an NOC from your employer OR submit a declaration that you have informed your employer regarding appearing in this interview. Kindly note that at the time of joining, the recommended candidates will have to bring proper discharge certificates from their PSU/Government/Quasi-Government employer. "
