What to write in column 14 in Bio-data form? Do we need to write attempts in Grade B of previous years(if any) or other exams appeared which were conducted by RBI Service board of this year only ?

guys ye notary se attest karane se chalega? very hard to find a govt gazetted officer who accepts that he knows you.

Though it may be off the topic. Can someone tell me in layman terms what is meant by horizontal devolution? I know vertical devolution refers to share of respective states from central pool of tax revenue. Thanks in advance
