Respected sir / Madam, I finished my 12th with 58.6% after that i completed my DIploma with 90.8% as a lateral entry student and then i finished my UG with 79% , Whether im eligible fr #RBI grade b exam because i scored less than 60% in 12th grade but i also completed diploma ?

REQUEST FOR MODIFICATION IN THE EDUCATION QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
I am an aspiring applicant for RBI grade B officers exam. I am ineligible cause I scored 59% in 12th examination in 2005. The consequences of the same I have to bear now in the year 2018 i.e. 13 years later. You anyway have a rigorous 3 round selection process. Kindly do away with the criteria of 60% as lot would have changed in a person in due course of time. It is ok to have a criteria on the latest educational qualification required for eligibility as other institutions do but taking history of education qualification into consideration and then rendering aspirants ineligible is quite unfair.

Hi guyz. Acc to notification document RBI grade B, it is mentioned that the documents required for reservation should be dated earlier than the due date (closing date) of the application.
Does this include OBC non creamy layer certificate?
I was planning to obtain non creamy layer certificate post phase II, because now anyways one will not be able to obtain it before 23rd July even if process starts now plus one will lose precious preparation time standing in the queue in government office.
Please Guide.
