"Ms Nirmala Sitharaman, Minister of Commerce, stated that DIPP will be cooperating with banks to provide funding to fresh enterprises in rural and urban India under the StartUp India initiative, focussing upon deprived sections like Dalits and tribals, besides the urban educated.
