Through a participatory process, its founding members are developing its core philosophy, principles, policies, value system and operating platform. The Bank's foundation is built on the lessons of experience of existing MDBs and the private sector. Its modus operandi will be lean, clean and green: lean, with a small efficient management team and highly skilled staff; clean, an ethical organization with zero tolerance for corruption; and green, an institution built on respect for the environment. The AIIB will put in place strong policies on governance, accountability, financial, procurement and environmental and social frameworks.
The AIIB, a modern knowledge-based institution, will focus on the development of infrastructure and other productive sectors in Asia, including energy and power, transportation and telecommunications, rural infrastructure and agriculture development, water supply and sanitation, environmental protection, urban development and logistics, etc. The operational strategy and priority areas of engagement may be revised or further refined by its governing boards in the future as circumstances may warrant.

Plz rate my essay on Demonetization and cashless Economy
On November 8, 2016, the government made a historic decision to demonetize the currency notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1000.Though the main objective of demonetization was eliminating black money and curbing financing of terrorism, there was also a motive to push the society towards a cashless economy.
A cashless economy offers the government and the public several advantages. It increases convenience as people do not have to carry cash with them. It will lead to a decrease in crime rate as most of the transactions for illicit activities are carried out in cash.Transparency would also increase as the government agencies could easily monitor any suspicious transaction.
However, there are several challenges India faces on its path to become a cashless economy.Internet penetration and digital literacy in rural areas are very low. People from older generations still prefer to use cash for transactions.Cyber security is another issue that India has to deal with.
In a vast country like India, a 100 percent cashless society is difficult to achieve but one can always start from a less cash economy and gradually move towards being mostly cashless. The government and the banks have to play an important role to encourage people to use cashless transactions by developing a robust cyber security network, awareness campaigning, and a proper redressal system.
What this means literally can anyone explain?
