Hii this is Pramod Nanda i am totally shocked after seeing the phase 2 finance paper handout, this time it is tough yaar last time total factual but dont loose your hope first think about phase 1 Please mark my words phase 1 cutoff will be more quant will be more tougher please concentrate only on some imp topics of quantIm saying again and again in B.tech we used to complete whole syllabus in one night before the exam so dont worry about RBI handout easily we can complete whole syllabus in 2 weeks(Ramesh singh for Economics and social issues and Prasana Chandra for Finance or IGNOU ) English it all depands on your skill.Now focus on Quant Hope this will boost you
Hi Guys, There is deviation from the Handout as well as Syllabus in banking exams including RBI too. This can been in last year question paper of ESI and FM. They asked the questions like Ratio Analysis which were not written neither in Syllabus and Handout.
Try to cover basics as well as recent development and prepare yourself with funamental as well as Advance level information.

Difficulty of paper is immaterial. If paper is easy cut off will be high and top 182 will be selected. If paper is easy, still, only top 182 is selected but cut off will be lower. We are not trying to get 35% in this exam. Our selection depends on our own performance relative to other candidates, not just our own high marks.
