This is a question from RBI's phase 2 handout.
Now I have got 2 solutions for this question.
1. People are considering P = 1000 and applying YTM formula which leads to 11.11%
2. People are considering P = 900 and applying YTM formula which leads to close to 16.25%.
Which one is correct and why? What should be the value of P?
I personally feel 1st method is correct. Do correct me.
