Which material is the best for RBI Grade B?
Please give some links to sample papers of phase 2 as I am really lost as to what to study. (Not English paper)

Is RBI changing eligibility criteria for grade b exam 2017?
It was my first attempt this year(2016). I cleared Phase 1 but didn't give Phase 2, as I didn't know anything about the Phase 2 exam. Now I got selected as BoB Manipal PO and have got good marks in IBPS PO. So I'm definitely gonna make it to any bank this year. I want to prepare for RBI Grade B this time. What should be my strategy ? As I don't know how banking is gonna help me in my aim.
Can someone provide a precise list of the books to be followed for FM and ESI ?? Many successful aspirants have provided a big list of books , but can someone suggest the names of the standard books? Thanks in advance .

Hello sir...harsh this side, student of your RBI grade B coaching & a RBI aspirint too Sir i am working with OBC bank since june 2014 as assistant manager. My bank will give me promotion in 2018. I gave 4-5 Interviews during this 2.5 years of my service. My all Intsrviews was on one Question why you want to leave OBC bank. My last interview was in ECGC on 19 jan, 2017 in Delhi. Chairperson of ECGC was taking the interview. When mynturn came it was one to one interview and madam geeta murlidhar ask only one question that why you want yo leave the smartest bank and you are posted in your home Town. Now sir, i am in a confusion. I am selected as scale 2 officer in HARYANA GRAMIM BANK and joining is on 6 april, 2017. And i am preparing for Grade B exam. I wantn to know if i join RRB then is their any chance that i have to give justification for this switching. Will it give any negative impact on interviewer? Please need your suggestion..
