UP 2013 ka 2019 me final hua... Jharkhand 2015 ka exam bhi nahi hua ab tak.... Bihar 2017 bas mains exam hua hai.... Most of the north Indian states have same situation.You need excellence as well as patience to get an AE job in any of those states.So no need of frustration.Just Chill....
