Hard shift ka topper 126 no. la sakta hai. But easy shift ka topper 100 questions bhi shi kar le uske no. 100 se upar nhi ja sakte to ye galti uski hai ki uska paper easy shift me tha? Suppose kisi board me pcm ki vaccancy kam hai to whan pcm ki cut off 100 se upar chali jayegi. To easy shift ka topper ka selection 100 question shi karne pe bhi nhi hoga.

Normalizion ka to pata nhi na he result ka pata haii kya hua kya nhii, dard to es bat ka haii kii 70 lake selection nhi hua aur logo ka 51 se 81 hoke selection hogya, ek marks ke liye kitne books padhne padte aur yaha 30 mark 20 increase hue koii bh e paper etna tough nhi hota kii average mark me 30 marks ka diffrent ajae

Normalization k bad HARD shift k jada marks increase hote hai or easy shift k km....its all depend on mean of Raw marks of your shift.

All is good...but normalisation formula should be changed. How organization adopted such formula which clearly shows d huge unfair... Formula should be lyk which bound the marks of each candidate between minimum & maximum possible raw marks.
