In easy shift if sme1 got 80 after normalize 84.899 k in hard shift if some1 got 60+ after normalize he got 84.5556 I.e24 marks increase .......in moderate shifts if some1 got 68 then 74-76only after normlization ...is it fair process normlization equal the chances of all papers and creating opportunity to qualify but not making disqualify others ...it is not fair ..I know saying hre is waste ..but it decreases some persons pain I thnk ....
