Rrb chennai no.of posts decreased by 36 percent....They made 619 from 900 above ...What can we do...How do we protest this...Is it legitimate to decrease vacancies as their wish....

Allotment wll be given based on mark scored right..? Suppose a person with 82 mark opt for preference like GG,CA,ASM and another person with mark 81 opt ASM,GG,CA.Evenif Person with mark 82 wont get GG and CA when it comed to ASM post first preference will be given to person with mark 82 over one with 81 right??
