Why vacancies have been reduced after 2nd stage. what about the candidates who have gone through mental trauma in these two years due to Indian railways lethargic attitude. If railways needed less people its should not have notify 18000(approx) vancanies. I know ralways have full right to reduce vacancy at any stage but india railway have lost moral values, it dont care about feelings of students and others. It has cause pain to those 90 lakhs student who appears in exam only due to 18000(approx) vacancies. Indian Railways should shame on you, where banks complete their recruitment in 6 months, railway takes minimum 3 years. It shows your lethargic attitude...
