May be I am wrong but as per my information.... CA TA and ASM has same grade pay... Similar profile... ASM has better option of overtime and allowance which makes it favourable... In CA and TA, CA has 2 years of training at 2800 gp which is longest in all posts. Also heard that TA has better promotional opportunities considering their traffic dealing as compared to commercial dealings of CA.... So my take is don't fill the option in hurry.. Do your research and fill what suits you best 🙏👍All the best everyone 😊🙏👍
