Reservation Reservation Reservation all the day only this topic is being discussed. So I thought I should also discuss my point of view. I think reservation is not giving benefits in all area. Why there is no reservation in Indian games like cricket Olympic and all other Indian game. There should be reservation too. Why all the sc St obc don't beg reservation there? They should beg reservation in all fields even in PET of all defence and other exams they should beg reservation. Reservation is their right by birth. They should beg. They should do movements for this because they are not getting reservation in every field. BC

According to me...result will come in may end...after that after 1 month psycho test will b held..(June end)...it will take them about one month to declare the result(July end)...one month for dv and medical(Aug end)....1 month to despatch the joining letter(sept end)...joining 2018 me hi hogi...it's for sure...(agar sab kuch theek chala)

Reservation is one of the state policy of affirmative action to hold hands of those who had/have been left behind in the process of development. Devised as state policy in 1947 has not worked in uplifting scores of people still deprived. Deprivation which used to be entrenched with caste and class because of historical injustice is no more a reality. There are people within classes who are well off and juggling the reservation benifits. Youngsters hailing from well off family accessing pagalguy what makes them disadvantageous compare to general category in competing in exam. Answer is nothing, reservation has become a political tool of appeasement. communities who are benifitting will not give up because of the immense job getting oppurtunity it provides.
Solutions:
1. Creating more white color job(but at present jobs are growing in informal and contract) so that the fascination for govt jobs become a naysayer.
2. Affirmative support based on socio economic caste census 2011 and multi dimensional poverty index together with earning potential and asset a family had for its sustenance.
3. India to become world power has to increase its quality of work force. Being 17.5% of world population we contribute abysmally in research, invention etc.
4. Create a constitutional body like Railway Development Authority to take all decision on reservation solely based on merits. politicisation of reservation will never allow its updation in 21st century.
Sorry, but people benifitting from reservation who are well off will never give up reservation since socitiety ethos has changed a lot in decadess. Growing consumerism and self serving tendencies has made people inward looking. Within reserved communities most of the benifits are taken by well of family and population and sharing them will be a real challenge. Deprivation has punctured caste tendencies and can be seen easily in upper caste also. I think this is apt time to discuss efficacy and efficiency of reservation policies in India.
