Another conspiracy of this "jumla store" government is that they could have given the normalized marks in feb...why they did not give the result in feb is because of UP election..they knew if they will open the card of vacancy reduction many families of UP region will not give vote to them...now they are giving fake execuses of 7th pay commission..7th pay commission implementation policy had to start by 2016 but this government is delaying it to near 2019 so that to attract many government employee voters....shayad BJP bhul gai hai ki congress ke saath kya hua tha 2014 me wo BJP ke saath bhi ho sakta hai 2019 me...
