Puys i want to make one thing clear how normalization works is bit conceived wrongly by many people.. normalization is done based on how much percent people answered more in a shift it takes that shift as easy shift. and how much percent of people scored low it as tough.so obviously when normalization is done score will get boosted for tough one and decreases for easy one this is how normalisation works
