Any Chemical and Metallurgy Assistant have got their appointment order? I want to know what is the grace period (that is the maximum time) they give for joining from the day we receive the appointment letter. Do they ask us to join immediately or they give time like one month etc.

Honourable Rail Minister,
Coming directly to point this time, I want to bring to your kind attention that CEN 02/2014 RRB Guwahati results for Sr. Section Engineer have not been announced yet. We have complained to you, to respective RRBs, as well as to our honourable PM quite a number of times but no action have been taken in this regard. Moreover, new vacancies also came and exams have been conducted for the same posts recently.
This step is quite questionable that if the vacancies are not for immediate effect, what's the use of taking exams and playing with our future. Had we known about the delay, we might have filled the form either for other RRB or for other exams which clashed with this but announced the result on time.
This is purely injustice with us to wait for so long and irresponsiblilty from your end that even after numerous emails, messages, RTIs, phone calls, etc. to RRBs, ministry of railways or wherever we can reach, our words always remain unheard without any response.
With all due respect, I expect a reply this time at least with the dates of results for CEN 02/2015 and I also request for more partiality in fulture vacancies with proper mention of dates or at least expected dates in employment notification itself.
