An offtopic question. Anybody knows who decides the pay commission of PSUs? And what is the proposed pay scheme for them after 7th pay? Who will be in more benefit a PSU employee or a central gov employee?

In my matric certificate my father name is LALBAHADUR YADAV but in my 12th certificate it written like LAL BAHADUR YADAV . YOU SEEN IT CLEARLY THAT THERE IS SPACE b/w lal and bahadur in 12th certificate but no space in 10th certificate. Is it affect the document verification. Stil I am not selected but this only hesitation is there.
