Can anyone please clearly explain the concept of ignored questions, In my SSE shift, 2 questions were ignored but I didn't attempt those 2 questions, so will I get grace marks for that, or my score will be calculated out of 148 and scaled up to out of 150? Plz explain

With all due respect , I request you to look in the issue of railway boards providing results with exceptional time gaps, like for some vacancies , it's even 4-5 years (RRB Patna) too.
In this era of online exams , still railways are taking the same amount of time in giving out the results.Results of previous years CEN 02/2014 are still not out for some RRBs , but in railways the exam for the next batch is being planned and further recruitments are being done and same is the condition with all other vacancies of railways too.
Sir , this unnecessary test of our patience needs your attention at the very earliest, because if this much time they are taking in just giving the results then when can one hope to get the final joining ..in "NEXT LIFE"..I think.
One more issue is there ,some railways boards are publishing results without giving the cutoff marks and also without normalization information , why are some these boards still making guys to go for RTI for such a silly piece of information, which they should not have any problem in sharing. After all it's right of a candidate to know the Provisional answers , cutoffs , normalisation methods (any specific formulas if there for arriving at results ) . these little important things means a lot to a canditate and doesn't cost anything to Railways for sharing it.
So, Sir It's my humblest request on behalf of lakhs of aspirants, please take an action for the above issues ASAP as Indian Railways has been the biggest recruiters over the years and it's high time we need to care about it's QUICK,TRANSPARENT & SECURE approach in it's procedures for getting a Railway aspirant not to lose his faith in it's recruitment processes.I am finally RE- Iterating the Gist of our issues.
1. Large time gaps In result declaration and also in afterward processes like document verifications , medical exams and final joinings.
2. Silly datas like Provisional answers , cutoffs , normalisation methods (any specific formulas if there for arriving at results ) must not be kept hidden until a guy files an RTI , it should be attached in the declared result itself.
3. Whether Selected or not selected it's RRBs' duty to keep us informed as for that only we have given our contact details and Coz we can't keep up with RRBs on it if they are going to give results in the next 5-10 years or so. So, there is a MUST need for a working contact number , with a knowledgeble person sitting on the other side in each and every RRB or Make one for ALL of them. 4.Telephonic conversations are way quicker than written ones ..so please make a helpline number were we can register our complaints verbally. Sir, it's not like we are impatient and asking too much. I request you and hope you sort our issues and help us out as early n soonest as possile.Thanks.

RRB Banglore 01/2015 selected guys please post the document verification process namely 1) how much time it takes to complete the process on the day of document verification? (like if given afternoon slot will it be completed by that evening or we need to stay there for next day ?)
2)Are the documents need to self attested or attested by gazetted officer?
3) Did they intimate any thing regarding when will the medical test be conducted or any updates regarding further process?
4) Do we need to bring the filled in RRB Template?
