what are the chances of getting selected for those who have been called for DV in RRB ghy? The extra 30% have a chance only if people in main list didnt show up and we also don't know who are in the main list and waiting list

I m getting 95 marks in JE Mumbai. 1-1 shift, ME,UR.. Wt are the chances? I hv heard that first shift was easiest so no sure shot guarantee.
