I have received doc verification call letter which is scheduled on 9th march (rrb mumbai cen 02/2014 )....in which it is clearly written that no any provisional certificate will be accepted and also no any extra time will be given for producing original certificate

..but my b.tech passing certificate hasnt issued till now...university has issued provisional...what should i do...pleas suggest me

Document Verification Process (RRB MUMBAI -JE - 2014)

1. They will give you few forms to fill your details and will also ask you to write both in hindi and english so that they can match your handwriting.

2. Then verification of doc. will start

They will cross check all your doc with the original doc and the details which you filled while filling form for exam

3. They will recheck again your original doc, handwriting and thumb print.

You are Done with the verification process !!!!!!

Doc. Required:

10 + 12 Marksheet and certificate

Degree/ Diploma Marksheets

Original Degree (Provisional is also acceptable)

ST/SC/OBC certificate ( if applicable )

2 photographs

Declaration uploaded while filling the form + candidate foil received during exam (if you dont have it, they will ask you to write an application on white paper)

Affidavite is required if there is any discrepancy in your name/father's name in the documents.

One set of self attested photocopies of all the above mentioned documents.

My OBC certificate is on new format as published by railway in NTPC advertisement.. For DV of SSE in RRB Mumbai. Is there any problem?
