नवंबर 2015 में हमने ट्विटर पर आरआरबी के रिजल्ट्स के लिए लगातार ट्वीट किये जिसके परिणाम स्वरुप, 6 दिनों के भीतर रेल मंत्रालय ने परिणाम तिथि की सूची जारी कर दी थी |

We have to change this practice of very slow joining process in Indian railways, specially for we the engineers who are the base structure of any country. Do emotional, frustrated, hated, short tweets. Just hash tag #patheticrrb and also tag railministry, suresh prabhu, ur alloted zone(if alloted), and the Hindu also, and any other else who do you think. How many of u agree ! Its current (6th pay) sse salary...Once check Basic at training will be 17140 DA as on 31-12-2015 is 119% so DA is 20396.after training HRA and TA will be provided. HRA in class X city is 30%. So HRA will be 5296.26 after training. So basic will be 17654.2 and DA will be 21008.498. TA will be 3504. So altogether 47462.95. Apart from that 15% incentive and night allowance are there. So including incentive it will be 50033. Night allowance vary in a month. After 7th pay Basic at training will be 44900 which is expected to be increase further.
