I am Mechanical Engineering Graduate but i am medically unfit to ALP so i want to apply technician.there are two stages prelims and mains.In mains part A and Part B are there.my doubt is in part b which one should i prefer either mechanical or HSC(10+2)

Bro I am B.tech holder in civil engineering...but as far notification civil students are not eligible....there is post " technician grade III signal " qualifications"10+2 with physics and Maths" can I apply for that
