Two guys attempted ssc je and upsc ese. One is general one is sc/st. In both exams the general scores more but the general could not make it to final cut off(ur) of upsc ese , the sc/st gets a reserved ese seat and becomes an ies and gets the rank of gp 5400. The general got the ssc je seat with gp 4200. The general in every way is more skilled technically than the reserved guy but yet now if they are posted in the same dept and place he has to call the reserved guy sir. The funny part is that this sc/st has rich parents. So the question is why wont the supreme court decided the question of creamy layer for these people. Death of merit. This story is common to all fields in india
