Some reasons that make me believe that the recruitment is going to happen: 1. Circulating letter mentions the portal duration for the officials to submit the details of vacancy to concerned officials from 13 Dec to 20 Dec. 2. The letter requesting indents of vacancies is dated 12.12.18. 3. The letter seems genuine as it accurately mentions the names of PCPOs of respective Zonal HQs of Rly. 4. There hasn't been a single recruitment since last 3 years but the retirements are constant. 5. BJP LOST 3 STATES. This is my personal opinion. Your's may differ.

Bihar me bsphcl je high court se betch Ko nahi allow kya hai iske baad bihar diploma ka kahna hai ki pure India, rrb je aur ssc je se v betch Ko bahar karayenge...... But aisa nahi hoga.. In logo ka ahankaar abhi peak par hai..
