A conclusion:- why Kolkata is going to hit the top cut off Comparitively there are few seats in.. BIHAR- patna,muzaffarpur Jharkhand- Ranchi Odissa- Bhubaneswar Guwahati- Bihari's soft zone West bengal- Kolkata is only option Up- obviously some will shift from up due to Allahabad high cut off.
