The name itself confirms what exactly this organization is about. Based on the data you provided, you are working in IT industry. If you are also an IT engineer, little growth possibility are in AAI. So, continue in your organization if you can. AAI mostly employs ground staff (logistics) and sometimes with a Graduate degree and a valid driving license. That will be anti - your discipline and won't satisfy you. AAI employs Civil and Electrics engineers too. If you happen to be one, please join there.
