As far as steel production is concerned, that is by shop floor workers. NOT by higher management. They do not even properly remember how many produced per day. Result will be signed by those top officials and they will define when it is to be uploaded. I was told in my b school that as far as companies are concerned, higher management can sit idle and do nothing. Same is not true with lower management people. So, GOD is busy testing our patience while concerned authorities are busy sleeping.
