what is the duration of interview in general and how many members in the panel? Also is there any negative effect in interview, if one does not have much co-curricular activity and a good academic background(cgpa >9.0)

@sheshadre sir why RINL Vizag is better than SAIL..although SAIL is a maharatna but RINL is a navaratna ? Please clarify a bit...

Topics for Group Discussion may be current but may also be in the form of case studies or role play. Psychometric Tests are measures of the mental skills, aptitudes and personality traits of people. You should be on time, be formally dressed and well groomed.

I got to know from seniors in SAIL that written marks are important and for Mechanical guys perhaps Chennai will be the center.
