At least Rinl is giving answer keys so that u can assess ur exact score and claim for rti if needed later...bt sail doesn't provide any written score by themselves,u cn only guess abt ur performance in written..so which shud be called more transparent my smart friend ?
I also hv heard many rumours abt d recruitment process from many people..bt i dont believe in rumours..i know genuine and factual things are discussed in pagalguy forum...dats y i asked dis question as well...maybe much more south indians applied for rinl as compared to north indians...and last yr in sail,so many south indians were called for interview as well..dats bcoz dey hv talent to qualify,nothing else...
And as far as turnover & maharatna or navratna is concerned...honestly, should it really affect somebody's decision as long as everything else is same?

@deesinghpar nepotism and corruption is everywhere in public sector v all knw dat..anyway i neva intended to discuss abt these things and d hr policies ,friend...wat one should do if gt calls from both companies and being at a place near to ur home(although i m a north indian) is nt a matter of concern at all..i m inclined more towards rinl bcoz of d city(and i think everything else is same)...help me decide in a better way if i hv choosen a wrong option..dats it sir..
