Joining SAIL will set you back around Rs 10,000 a month than any other PSU(maharatnas, navaratnas).Even the miniratnas provide starting basic of Rs 24900 against Rs 20600 in SAIL.Reason why more than half the MTs leave the organisation in the second year itself.

Full research can be done to vindicate the facts.I am seriously considering other options so should you be.
