Sir,
Technical Questions are always the easiest. That separates non - sincere students from those who took their academics seriously.
What you actually have to do is to just see your books carefully. Wherever there is a formula, definition, practical applications, latest trends and figures / facts; don't forget to note the same on a separate piece of paper. Just revise the same a day before the main paper. The primary goal is to only see whether you are aware of that technology OR not. Just remember that in any damn interview of the Universe, only BASICS ARE TESTED. They won't ask you to solve numerical there.
For example, if they ask you - Why is a Fly Wheel needed ?
Don't forget to explain working of a Fly Wheel followed by where it is used. It is sufficient if you give a brief idea mentioning all important points in it. It does not matter if you miss 2 - 3 points. Only cover all important points in it.
Also, just mention to the point answer if the question needs 1 word to 1 sentence answer.
For example, if they ask - What is unit of Poisson ratio ?
Just give a one line answer - No Units at all. If they ask you - how, then mention its formula.

Technical Interview is always easy because they test your knowledge alone. The real challenge is HR interview because it only gives 25 - 30% weight-age to what you have spoken. Rest of the focus is on how you speak. If your body language does not reflect you as a confident person, you are gone. There are plenty of cases when a person has cracked Technical interview BUT failed HR round.

HR background implies only HR interview - no technical side. Since, you are yourself from Human Resources side, I need not tell you what will be importance of body language. HR questions are like
Tell me something about yourself
What are your key strengths / weaknesses
Why are you interested for this particular company / job
Where do you see yourself 10 yrs down the line
Although you yourself might be experienced in all such things, BUT I would request you to see this link.
The interviewer uses abusive language BUT interviewee takes it in +ve sense.
