out of 3 gd round ...i got only 1 consensus but the overall performance was good for my group ...they were saying that consensus is not imp it's how u make point to convince other and here only ur opinion matters ..ur group may have other options as well....but it seems now consensus is veyr imp as told by @deesinghpar

bcoz all doz people i hv encountrd told me dat panel members specificly mentiond abt consensus...so wat i m feeling is consensus making wll hv a weightage in doz 20% watevr small may be...
1 thng also i feel dat 'official consensus' nd 'effective consensus making efforts' will nt be lukd by panel members v diffrnt..one of my group member ws stub born in 1 round on his point...after d round 1 of d panel membr spcfclly pointd hin dat u shd nt b stub born nd try 2 reach common undrstndng....

i don't know this but in 1st gd itself when we all were ready on 1 point only one of us has objeted and ..then he told us this is not consnsus he is agains u ...u will not gain consensus by voting majority or any other means...he never told our group that consensus is required..@deesinghpar and@kplight bhai aisa islye kun ki i was interviewed in mumbai..
