ok...tab may be crrct ho sakta hai yaar...but 1 thng i noticed jinka mrng mein hua intrvw they took around 25 mins ..aur jinka evng mein hua only 15 mins..dat means jinka sham mein hua wo sare ...plus the day i's intrvwd it was mix of obc and gen candidates and intrvw strtd with obc

and jaha tak haryaanvi hr ki bata hai...psu ki mahima aprampaar hai...yaha kuch bhi ho sakta hai....

@deesinghpar kuch nhn yaar ab har baat pe heart beat tez ho jati hai itni intrvw ki failures k baad...pata nhn kab kya hoga...ab lagta hai sab yahan apna idea laga rahe hain a/c to their own obs ....jis bhai ka bhi hoga unke hisab se pata chal jayega ki kaise kya hua...lets c kya hota hai...
@dopeshope yeh rightly said no body knows kaun si baat ya answer HR ko bha jaye aur God meherban ho kar PSU ki darwaa khol de..so until and unless final results are out. Yeh sab bakar

People my frnds I really need ur advice here..please do help me...I am a metallurgist..got selected in HAL But wanted to Join SAIL But the SAIL result is pending and we don't know when it will be out...meanwhile the HAL is up my ass and joining is 31st December...what should I do..HAL also having that BOND thing which you all might be aware of..I am in real trouble here so please , please help me out ..I need some prudent opinions...
i can see one possiblity - extension in joining
@kplight ...which one is better HAL or SAIL??...and HAL is not giving any extensions...I don't quite understand their recruitment methodology...

@killer20 Hi, I think u should join HAL as because HAL is in growth Phase as per new acquisitions of planes by Defense forces and if u are pretty much sure of getting selected in SAIL then only u shouldn't join HAL else it will be pretty bad Case for you. Well Good Luck and take any decision based on judging PROS n CONS....
