Can anyone explain in SBM we are appointed as Single Window Operator A. & in SBH, people are appointed as Junior Associate Customer support & Sales. What is the difference?

I don't know how these guys have given postings..... Many unmarried gals got branches in their own city & many married ones like me have got places far away from home & worse is that places that don't even proper commuting facility are allotted to married women......... If I would have been single it won't have been that problematic but after marriage......... I am not sure that I'll join or not............ Its really very disappointing........... Many gals are facing this kind of case & I feel in this scenario many like me will not join....... How these HR people have allotted branches.............???????
